It’s been wonderful working with Erin Booker of Engel & Völkers, twice actually. The first time I was house hunting years ago, I decided to purchase from out of town and needed an inspection. Instead of just scheduling it and leaving me in the dark, they showed up on site, walked through the whole place with me over video, and made sure I saw everything. They also reached out to a top notch inspector they trusted, and together they uncovered a major risk that would have cost me a fortune later. Because of that, I made the smart choice to walk away, and I’m grateful for the peace of mind they gave me. Now, years later, I’ve returned same neighborhood and am ready to close on a new place. Erin Booker has again done an amazing job helping me navigate the real estate market. Her legal contacts have the paperwork moving smoothly, and she again lined up an excellent inspector who’s already helped me make an informed decision. Every step is comfortable, and any question I have gets a quick, honest answer. It’s rare to find someone who consistently goes above and beyond, and I feel very lucky to have Erin in my corner both then and now. She will answer the phone just to tell me she's with a client and will get back to me when she's done.
