    We had a great experience working with Erin. I truly trust her and feel like she had our best interest in mind at every point in the process. We are currently living out of state and are not very familiar with the Evanston area. We relied heavily on Erin's knowledge and expertise in closing on the perfect the house for our family. She was immediately available and very supportive every step of the way, and she still is.     My husband and I purchased a second home out of state from our primary residence. Everything with our home purchase was done remotely, from walk-through to closing. Erin was nothing short of amazing - above and beyond expectations; she was always quick to respond, and made herself available at a moment's notice. Erin arranged everything for us - starting with making a video walk-through of the unit. Not only did Erin recommend a real estate attorney, and inspector for us, she made the arrangements too! Erin made the entire process of purchasing a home seem easy! Other than signing on the dotted line, Erin did everything!
