Charitable Service Award Winner

Helping people has always been Erin Booker’s passion. Before entering real estate, she worked as a teacher, developmental therapist and school director, having received her bachelor’s in education and a master’s in child development.

Booker considers children her greatest passion. She and her husband have five children, plus two dogs and additional foster dogs. Her life revolves around being there for others — her family, her students, various social justice causes and, also, her real estate clients.


With her social work background, Booker supports the emotional needs of clients, helping them find forever homes. “Before beginning a search, you must understand and listen to your clients — and listen to what they need, even if this is unspoken,” Booker says.

Culture of Leadership Award

Presented to the advisor who leads by example, jumps to the aid of their colleagues, and has a positive impact on the culture in the shop. This advisor values collaboration, promotes recognition, and seeks out participation. Contributions to the shop and company include volunteerism, education, and being a champion of Special Olympics.
